Moving On in Faith

Hello my friends,

Thank you for your prayers. Being obedient to God isn't always easy (infact I find that most of the time it is really hard) but that is what we are called to do. This week God has spoken clearly to me (even going as far as giving a vision to a stranger) about the path that He wants me to take. It is only in obedience and faith that I have stepped down from the High School Youth Ministry. I will announce tomorrow night that next Sunday will be my last Sunday as a High School Youth leader at our Church. This was a very difficult and sad decision. I love those students so much and will feel their void for some time to come.

However, although obedience isn't always easy, it is always rewarding. I look forward to see who the Lord will bring in to fill my place. I am excited to devote more time and energy to support raising. Ultimately I am ready to go, to make the move to Minnesota and start this next part of my journey.

Please pray for the youth, as I know this transition will not be easy for them or I. Pray for the next support letter I will be sending out this coming week to many people. Please pray for God to open the flood gates of Heaven in regards to my support that I may make the move and start the journey. Pray that I would continue to make the steps of obedience and be faithful in God's timing and not my own.
