Prayer Request...

Hey Friends,

I have a prayer request. I know one student in particular who doesn't know the love of Jesus and is having some problems adjusting to the Royal Servants world. Would you pray that the Holy Spirit would invade this students every thought and every waking moment, that this student would come to know the love and saving power of Jesus Christ.

I know another student who may or may not know Jesus, but either way is going through some hard transitions. The transition between living in and for the world and being thrust full force into a 6 week mission trip has been pretty rough on this students physical body. Would you pray that satan would no longer have free reign in this students life and his body? Also pray that the Holy Spirit would their every thought and waking moment.

Also, would you pray for my leadership team? Would you pray that the Holy Spirit would give us an extra blessing of wisdom and discernment? Would you also pray that we would lean on the Lord to sustain us through the long days and draining confrontations? Our desire is to love these students and teach them the things that the Lord has for them. To give them a vision for their lives that includes a personal and deep relationship with Jesus.

Would you pray specifically for me also? On the China leadership staff, I am the only one without Royal Servants experience. It has been hard at times to be the go-to person for so many things and yet not know about so many others. It is a weird position that I am in. I would like prayer for wisdom and discernment in my words and actions, but also that my focus would not be making a good impression or meeting other peoples (or even my own) expectations, but that I would work and live with the desire to please the Lord.

We leave for San Francisco on Monday at 6:30p and from there we fly to Hong Kong! I am both excited and anxious. I am going to CHINA!!!! whoa!
