Sweet! We made it!!

Hello Friends,

After over 14 hours of driving my team made it to Training Camp last night. To say that I was a bit tired was the understatement of the year. Due to a mishap with a vendor, I was forced to make a last minute trip to St. Paul on Thursday instead of my much needed few hours off to pack and rest. Instead I was up until 1:30 finishing packing and loading. Although, I was able to take an hour and go with a couple of the girls to get a pedicure. I am proud to say that I am sporting some bright pinkish-purple sparkly toe nail polish on the hayfield (Training Camp is on a mowed down hayfield).

Today was a fun-filled day of assessing all of our materials and left overs, putting up the big top (huge tent structure that we eat, worship, and have teaching times under), and planning out the rest of the week. Tomorrow will be the first big food shopping day, I am both excited to have this responsibility and a tad nervous. I have the pressure of trying to spend too much money and yet making sure that there is enough food. This week I only have 13 people to shop for, next week is around 50. The 2 weeks after that are already done...PTL!!! So far I have fed everyone for 3 meals...so far, so good.

Sorry, if this is a little scattered, I am slightly scattered. I am certainly looking forward to my bed again tonight, and by bed I actually mean my cot with a thin mat on it. Life in a tent...this is what I do.

I will write more later in the week when I can think clearer!

Hugs!
Mags
